A transformative experience where women come together to heal, grow, love, laugh, learn and commune together.
Last month we hosted a retreat that was our deepest, most profound experience yet.
24 women came together and had 4 days to go deep into sisterhood, heal wounds, and practice a new sense of what it means to be unapologetically ourselves.
We cried together, we laughed together, we dove in together and we witnessed each other in such beautiful ways.
We sat in ceremony, sipped cacao, worked through some deep processing work, did breathwork, got in ice baths, howled at the moon and hugged each other so very tightly.
We broke through limitations, did really hard things, and became one big family by the end of the weekend.
We are so grateful and honored to being doing this work alongside such amazing women.
Every retreat we are reminded why this work is so potent and important done in person, which is why retreats are a main focus for us.
Every retreat is special and we are so excited to be hosting our next one March 27-31st where we will be spending our days together on a beautiful 80 acre farm in Honesdale, PA going deep together in sisterhood.
